PROCEDURE OF BLOCK WORK AT SITE

STEP1 : Block Should be wet first.,Floor Should be clean before starting work ,Rcc surface Should be properly rougher hacking with taccha.

STEP2: LAYOUT OF DPC, along with the architect dwg ,check right angle, plumb, sizes of room , openings as specified on dwg .

STEP3: Start block work above Dpc check level during laying of block ,plumb Should be check, minimum thickness of joining mortar 

STEP4: After 4 layers of block work cast coping on it for sustain the load .

STEP5: After the casting of  coping complete the above block work on it .

STEP6: Top layer of block work Should be filled with mortar properly and metal fix on it to avoid cracks on joints .

STEP7 : To fix door frame or jamb simultaneously during the work .
